Problems/Comments

Approximately 4 drums of waste oil were illegally disposed of at the above location. Approximately 100 to 165 gallons of the waste oil was discharged to the ground surface. Approximately 30 tons of material were excavated from the site. Orphan drum dumping, South Anchorage. Tract 1, Edgewater Pud. Subdivision. cc18586020. ADEC investigation reveals RP as Stewart Smith for unlawful disposal, $13,000 expended in ADEC contracts as orpahn site. Last staff assigned was John Bauer.
