Problems/Comments
The City of Seward hired Dames & Moore to undertake site assessment activities at the Seward Ship Chandlery facility. Sample results depicted TPH contamination exceeding cleanup levels at two locations (at a burn pit and adjacent to a waste oil burner. Parcel # 14534031 and is located in Fourth Of July Creek Subdivision, Seward Marine Industrial Center Lot 1, Block 7. Latitude and longitude is only approximate. Last staff assigned was Folley.
