Problems/Comments
Several hundred one pound sized cans of TEXXOR. Fifteen 55-gallon drums of unknown contents. TEXXOR is a product that is used as a heat cell for greenhouses. There are several hundred one pound sized cans at the site. Land is leased by the Alaska Division of Agriculture to Sharon Fromong and Michael Wartburg. KPB Parcel Numbers 16930001 through 16930005. Anchor Renewable Farms Subdivision Amended, Lots 1 through 4 and Tract 2, Parkinson Subdivision Number 3, Excluding Anchor Renewable Farms Subdivision. Last staff assigned was Marcorelle.
