Problems/Comments
On March 2, 1992, a leaking nipple was discovered at a bulk storage container of Petrolite KG-120, a corrosion inhibitor, located at the Beaver Creek Production Facility. Immediate actions were taken to contain and stop the leak. The site was cleaned up to Level A standards. No groundwater contamination occurred. Site is closed. Last staff assigned was Seagren.
