Problems/Comments
NOTE - Refer to Hazard ID 2014, file no 2100.38.159. The database and file records for this site have been merged with the adjacent Spruce Park Trailer Park site file to reflect the merging of the two former sites into a single site on 12/20/2011. Both sites are on the same Municipality of Anchorage tax parcel described as Tax I.D. 1410423 within 4.13 acre O'Brien Blk 4 (Commercial Property). The site is comprised of the trailer park (7100 Lake Otis Pkwy) and the now-vacant former auto body shop site at the southeast corner of the site, which had the address of 7140 Lake Otis Pkwy. Although the contaminant sources differ at the two sources, contamination is comingled. Contaminants of concern associated with the former auto body shop site are tetrachloroethene (PCE) in soil and groundwater, and 1,2-Dichloropropane in groundwater.
