Problems/Comments

Broken fill and vent pipe to heating fuel UST. Unknown quantity of heating fuel released to surrounding soils. Tank has been pulled and contaminated soils removed to 17'. Site assessment being conducted on 11/19/93. Last staff assigned was Twidwell, Horwath, then Krogseng.

Site has partial excavation and remediation of petroleum contaminated soils and the leaking heating fuel tank was removed. Additional site assessment is required to determine the vertical and horizontal extent of contamination. Groundwater samples need to be obtained and analyzed.
