The report also ranked the inventory of sites and proposed future actions and investigation efforts. |

ADEC reviewed the Contaminated Media Transport and Treatment or Disposal Form and the supporting laboratory analytical waste characterization reports for seventy 55-gallon drums of PFAS-contaminated soil and water investigative derived wastes that were generated from implementation of the 2025 USCG Kodiak Base-wide PFAS Site Inspection Work Plan at multiple locations and areas of concern within and outside of the continuous Base Kodiak. ADEC submitted approval to the U.S. Coast Guard to conduct offsite transport to and disposal of the wastes at the Clean Harbors Grassy Mountain Landfill Facility located in Aragonite, UT. |
