Problems/Comments
Heating oil release from a 500 gallon AST piping system. Estimated 150 -175 gallons of the release were recovered. Soil contamination ranged from 22-12,000 ppm. Highest readings were near the point of release. Majority of the contents released. One interception trench was excavated approximately 30' below the point of release and another 300' down gradient. Some product entered storm drain. Water sampling results pending. Last staff assigned were Krogseng and Sundet.

To the best of his knowledge and other employees that were around at the time of the release, the issue had been resolved. He will check with Phillips Environmental to see if he can get copies of their files on the release. He will respond with a letter about what he finds. | Donald Seagren |
