Problems/Comments
Diesel/gas with Bunker C in ground. Sheen in Bay. Delta Western has a fuel line in the vicinity. FUDS with bunker C diesel and gasoline. Pursuing Delta Western for line test that failed. Last staff assigned were Dronenburg, Wright, and Burger.
