Problems/Comments
This site covers the location of three separate airplane crash sites on Mt. Adagdak. The crashes were believed to have occurred from in the early to mid 1940s when Albert Mitchell Air Field was in operation between Andrew Lake and Clam Lagoon. Albert Mitchell Air Field was closed in 1945. Little debris present in 1993. NOFA selected in OU A ROD. Draft Close Out Report for Partial Delisting submitted for Department review on June 16. Comments were submitted to the Navy on August 16.
