Problems/Comments

Gasoline range hydrocarbons (GRO) were detected at 33 milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg), toluene at 0.570 mg/kg, and ethylbenzene at 1.2 mg/kg in soil collected from near the water table in one of three soil borings next to the underground storage tank (UST)site. An aboveground fuel storage tank (AST) and dispenser currently occupies the former UST site. The entire area is paved with asphalt except under the AST and dispenser. Groundwater in the area is not used for drinking water purposes.
