As previously discussed with Mr. Alleva, the site has been divided into two, concurrent with the leagal descriptions, based on one site showing no contamination and the other remaining contamination. The uncontaminated site is in the position for a decision to close with no institutional controls after the on site monitoring wells and any other remediation or investigation related items are permanently removed. Per Alleva and his consultant, this is already in writing, but there is nothing in the Department's file to indicate such a letter was prepared or sent.
