Problems/Comments
A 40-gallon spill reported to the Prevention and Emergency Response Program (PERP) at Tank #2. A flange was found leaking and is assumed to be the result of new stress from recent modification of the piping. The piping was brought aboveground instead of underground. Product contained in the tank is #2 diesel. Product recovery and groundwater monitoring are being tracked under Event #1136. ALL FUTURE INFORMATION FOR THIS SITE (HAZARD ID 23123) WILL BE TRACKED UNDER HAZARD ID 24441 (SOURDOUGH FUEL/TANANA PETROLEUM INC. BULK FUEL) UNTIL THE SITE IS READY FOR CLOSURE.
