Problems/Comments

During the in place closure of one 10,000 gallon unleaded gasoline, one 6,000 gallon gasoline, and one 4,000 gallon diesel underground storage tanks, detectable GRO and DRO concentrations were encountered, but were below the ADEC cleanup levels. During the removal of the piping and dispenser/fuel island approximately 1.3 cubic yards of stained soil was removed with Benzene concentrations above ADEC cleanup levels. The stained soil was removed and disposed of.
