Problems/Comments
A 1,000 gallon gasoline UST was removed around 1989 or 1990. Removal was performed without ADEC approval. Two soil borings sampled on 10/25/07. Six analytical soil samples collected. Up to 2.92 mg/kg GRO, 0.01 mg/kg benzene and 14.3 mg/kg lead in the soil samples collected. Groundwater encountered at 9 feet below ground surface. All soils meet default cleanup levels. A Corrective Action Complete letter was issued on 4/26/13.
