Problems/Comments
USTs 1552 stored diesel used to power a standby generator. It was removed in 1998 with no sampling conducted, and had further investigation in 1999 and 2001. One of the borings by the former tank location in 2001 had DRO just over Method 2 soil cleanup levels. This tank is managed under the Air Force Compliance program. --Updated 2011-- UST 1552 was covered in the April 2010 Preliminary Assessment. The only exceedance found in the records search was 420 mg/kg DRO. This location is currently paved and has an AST installed directly over top of the historic exceedance. Through TRIAD discussion of the sampling results, ADEC and USAF reached concurrence about future action at this site. The USAF will recommend this site for no further action.
