Runoff water from the hillside is diverted around the property in a ditch where it eventually enters the storm drain system. It discharges through a nearby small wetland and then into marine waters. The biocell has been constructed at the Granite Creek Quarry. No leachate was observed; the soil was last tilled at the end of June. No odors or visible signs of contamination present. | Bill Janes |
