Reviewed MWH's Tesoro 2 Go Mart #14 October/November 2006 Confirmation Soil Boring/Monitoring Event Report Final, dated February 2007. Report covered the installation of 3 now GW monitoring wells, and the sampling of the site monitoring wells. No contamination was detected in any of the soil or water samples. An SVE system continues to operate at this site. Long-term groundwater monitoring continues. Th only contamination remaining at this site is directly under the existing UST systems, concrete pad, and canopy. |

Site conditions remain stable, and a request for conditional site closure is planned to be submitted to ADEC for approval from MWH some time in 2008. |
