Reviewed missing Site Assessment & Well Replacement report dated 1 March 01. A question remained about possible contamination remainning in the former tank area. Soil boring (BH-14) was completed to approximately 12 below ground surface.Two soil samples exceeded ADEC soil cleanup for benzene. All other constituents were below ADEC cleanup levels. It should be noted that the rentacl center personnel use the unpaved area around BH-14 to wash down equipment. |

CRA decommissioned groundwater monitoring wells MW-1, MW-2, MW-3, MW-4, and MW-5 on April 18, 2008 in accordance with ADEC Recommended Practices for Monitoring Well Design, Installation and Decommissioning. |
