Problems/Comments

Formerly Get-N-Go gasoline station. On June 23, 1989 during a tank tightness testing, the one 10,000 gallon and the one 8,000 gallon underground storage tanks failed. The two tanks were removed and approximately 140 to 180 cubic yards of soil was excavated and stored on site. Based on the findings from the 1993 site assessment the gasoline product must have evaporated within the past four years. Groundwater and stockpile samples were well below Level A cleanup requirements. The excavated stockpile was spread on site. Updated 11-2-06 Alyce Hughey.
