Problems/Comments
Heating oil contamination at a collection of sites on Charcoal Island owned by Shee Atika. Direction is to do cleanup simultaneously and treat soils at a biocell to be developed at one of the properties. Quantity of c-soils yet to be determined, but estimated at 250 cubic yards. CAP submitted. Last staff assigned was Schlichting.
