6/19/1990 Update or Other Action REM; Martech sends cleanup report to DEC. Contaminated soil from excavation moved to 3300 Mountain View Dr. for temporary storage. Contaminated groundwater collected from excavation was disposed of at Ak Pollution Control. Excavation was filled with clean backfill. Former Staff
11/20/1990 Update or Other Action REM; Letter to Bill Halterman requesting that interim progress reports be sent until cleanup/disposal of contaminated soil has been completed. Need disposal options sent to DEC within 7 days & may stockpile properly covered soil until 8-10-91 if no public health threat is apparent. Former Staff
5/27/1992 Update or Other Action UPD; 390 tons of contaminated soil (2100 ppm TPH) was moved to 3300 Mountain View [without prior department approval] and mixed with other contaminated soils from that site in a bioremediation treatment cell.
