Gas underground storage tank has total petroleum hydrocarbon reading of 87-2600ppm, source of contamination unclear at this time. Former Staff

8/8/1990 Release Investigation SI; J. Halverson sent letter stating workplan was received/reviewed 8-7 & is approved for implementation as proposed. Based on results of this work, additional assessment &/or remedial actions may be requested at a later date. Former Staff

12/4/1990 Release Investigation SI; America North sends contamination assessment report for site. Monitoring well #3 had benzene 443 ug/l, 105 ug/l toluene, 604 ug/l xylene. They recommend on site monitoring wells & proposed off site wells be sampled on quarterly basis to monitor presence of contamination in groundwater. Former Staff
12/26/1990 Long Term Monitoring Established MS; Not requesting additional cleanup if additional monitoring well is installed as recommended by America North, quarterly groundwater measurements/water quality samples are obtained from all monitroing wells associated with site, interim reports be submitted detailing monitoring efforts. 4/23/1991 Long Term Monitoring Established MS; America North quarterly groundwater results received. MW-3 had 116 ppb VPH gas, 110 ppm EPH diesel, 79 ppb benzene. MW-5 suggested as the location of the furthest extent of dissolved phase petroleum hydrocarbon migration. MW-1, MW-2, MW-4, were below MRLs for parameters tested. Former Staff
8/24/1992 Site Closure Approved CLOS; Closeout letter reminded RP that ROMIG Park had a water well supply downgradient from site. Current test results on file with MOA water staff showed no VOCs in well at this time. Former Staff
