Problems/Comments
Owner of the tanks is reported to be the Fed. Communication Commission but tank maintenance/repair is under Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), 130 228th St. S.W., Bothell, WA 98021. (206) 487-4789. Attn: Bill Gadsberry. Local KFQD station engineer is Jay White.
