On 10/8/04, CSP issued a letter to the Klassen's that information is requested on the 45 cy stockpile and possible drums of wastewater that were on site as of at least March 1993. Based on the data, on 10/27 DEC issued a letter on nonobjection to transport of the tested 20-25 cy of soil on Block 4 to Tract 3A Hilghland Hills S/D on Hiland Rd. which is owned by Dougherty's client Mr. Dan Janke.
