Box Boy gasoline station purchased by ADOT/PF for road project right-of-way. Store closed 5/88. UST's installed in 1981. Former staff assigned S. Sexton Previous score = 24.(rpltr4)

4/27/1989 Update or Other Action REM; ADOT contracted Earthmovers to remove three USTs on 4/27/89. Separate visual inspections on 4/27/89 by ADOT personnel J. Sallstrom and R. Horner indicated no visible leaks in the tanks or hydrocarbon odors in the adjacent soils. Two soil samples were analyzed using draeger tubes on 5/22/89 and indicated no detectable hydrocarbons.
