9/28/1993 Site Visit LFI; 8 soil borings conducted to determine if releases occurred, conducted in-situ grd. water sampling & characterized w.o. stockpile. Highest level VPH @ 7.5-9= 1,870 ppm w/out Benzene, but BTEX= 51.96 ppm. Grd water= 8.3 ppb Benzene. Stockpile= 2,270 ppm TPH. No FU on Pb which was 145 & 147 ppm in '92. Former Staff
