TPH (418.1) analysis indicates 3560 and 6330 ppm for the two samples taken. Also, tetraclorethylene 1.66 and 2.80 mg/kg, and 1,1,1-trichlorethylene detected. Former Staff

7/1/1993 Leaking Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Initiated - Petroleum LCAU; Thomas reports: Waste oil contaminated soils removed during UST pull, and landfarm system set up on property. Analytical samples show decrease of TPH over time. Former Staff
9/28/1993 Site Visit LFI; 8 soil borings conducted to determine if releases occurred, conducted in-situ grd. water sampling & characterized w.o. stockpile. Highest level VPH @ 7.5-9= 1,870 ppm w/out Benzene, but BTEX= 51.96 ppm. Grd water= 8.3 ppb Benzene. Stockpile= 2,270 ppm TPH. No FU on Pb which was 145 & 147 ppm in '92. Former Staff

6/6/1994 Update or Other Action CORR; Wingerter sent letter informing RP of their financial liability under new ADEC cost recovery policy. State is authorized, under Section 9003(h) of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act to take action on this LUST facility. Former Staff

4/8/1996 Long Term Monitoring Established LTM; 10/13/95 rept. re-MW installations & grd. water sampling rec'd 10/17/95. Removed (2) 10000-gal & (1) 5000-gal USTs 10/95. Repaced w/25000-gal tri-compartmt. UST. 7/95 install/sample (3) MWs & SBs. Results indicate soil w/low levels GRPH & BTEX. Grd. water did not exceed detection limits of 1 ppb BTEX. Former Staff
4/8/1996 Update or Other Action UPD; 8/28/95 rept. re-decommissioning w.o. contam. soil pile rec'd 9/6/95. Review indicates 25 cu. yds. in long-term storage cell since 9/90 remain above ADEC cleanup levels for TPH. Samples under liner RRO 100-371 ppm. About 40 cu. yds. thermally treated 8/7/95.
