3/31/1993 Leaking Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Initiated - Petroleum LCAU; Thomas reported: 72 yards of contaminated soils removed and stockpiled on-site awaiting confirmation sampling and\or treatment selection. Former Staff
4/1/1993 Release Investigation SA2; Thomas: S&W conducted RI including 3 MW's and soil/GW analyses. No contmination noted above cleanup levels for soil and water. Next phase will include soil gas survey in vicinity of tanks. Also, proposal for on-site excavated soils will be presented. Former Staff
4/28/1993 Release Investigation RELR; Thomas reviewed and approved RI to date. A number of tasks have yet to be complete, but are forthcoming. ADEC suggested eliminating quarterly GW samples. Will wait for final report. GW appears not to be impacted. Former Staff
6/6/1994 Update or Other Action CORR; Wingerter sent letter informing RP of their financial liability under new ADEC cost recovery policy. State is authorized, under Section 9003(h) of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act to take action on this LUST facility. Former Staff
