Problems/Comments
Surface stains in gravel, leaks, spills, sumps, drains, and possible LUSTSs. Suspected diesel and used motor oil. Site of garage and heavy construction equipment storage yards. Jackson Construction is a PRP. Tract A, and lots 4-6, 20 and 21. Block 18, Soldotna Junction Subivision. Last staff assigned was Krogseng.
