Underground Storage Tank Site Characterization or Assessment |
SA1; DUPEE: Site assessment undertaken by RZA AGRA for Evert's Fuel. Six soil samples collected from base of excavation pit at 10 to 12 feet. Petroleum levels were observed at concentrations up to 6,700 mg/kg for DRPH, 17,000 mg/kg for GRPH, and 4 mg/kg for benzene.. A test pit was advance to 17 feet, where contaminants levels appeared to be decreasing. 50 cubic yards of soil stockpiled onsite. Unknown whether groundwater impacted. |

July 2006 Groundwater Monitoring Report received. MW-1 was sampled and all analytes were below detection limits. No analytes were detected in MW-1 when it was last sampled in 2000. MW-2 did contain DRO and GRO above the cleanup levels in 2000, but was not viable in 2006. This well should be replaced. |
