Problems/Comments

UST Tanks were removed in July 1995. Stockpiled soil was managed on-site. Free-phase product identified but not initially addressed and request for Remedial Investigation not responded to. Owner installed groundwater monitoring wells in 2014 and began long-term monitoring. Building survey conducted during 2017 & 2020 identified floor drains and sumps associated with UICs. Additional assessment is pending.
