Preliminary Site Assessmt. contracted out to impartial 3rd party. Field work 9/96 indicates approx. 10 cu. yds contam. soil still in pit and poss. of grd. water contam. cannot be ruled out. Hung was staff assigned. Petroleum contamination. Estimated quantity of spill is 100 gallons.
