The site is currently under contract for additional site work - there was a problem with the groundwater sampling - going to collect more groundwater and soil samples pending plan and ROD submittal. However, the site has 2 other PRPs and letters were sent and lawyers are engaged. The work may be delayed. |

Provided comments on the draft Remedial Investigation Work Plan. The plan includes UVOST, soil sampling, ground and surface water sampling. Requested: Please add detailed quality control information – specifically the collection of trip blank(s), duplicates etc. according to the ADEC 2016 Field Sampling Guidance & Please add some description of the intended sampling locations – specifically in the areas of concern and areas where PID results in the past were high. The Figures could potentially be modified to reflect this. |

Met with the army to discuss the site. There are 2 adjacent contaminated sites: the school tank farm (LYSD) and the city hall. Cleanup of this site may be hindered by these. Will have to work with the other parties to ensure a complete cleanup. |

Rec'd the draft-final remedial investigation report this date. We are working towards a Record of Decision. ACLs for direct contact were proposed and discussions with the Guard indicate that we may need to calculate ACLs for migration to groundwater. I expect to see a new draft around the XMas holiday. |

Received and approved the Draft-Final, Revision 1 Remedial Investigation Report and approved alternative cleanup levels for the migration to groundwater pathway for soil on site. The approved cleanup levels for groundwater are the default ADEC 75.345 Table C levels. The remedial investigation involved both soil and groundwater sampling. |
