8/22/2018 Document, Report, or Work plan Review - other UST Investigation Report submitted by Arctic Data Services for Crabb's Corner. Four soil borings were installed in the former UST and dispenser locations. The borings were installed to a depth of 15 feet bgs and sampled based on field screening results and to target soil directly beneath the former tank depth. One temporary well point was installed downgradient and groundwater samples were collected from the well point and the on-site drinking water well. Low levels of DRO were found in two soil borings and in the groundwater and drinking water wells. However, the DRO results were all below DEC's cleanup levels, and the laboratory indicated the DRO in groundwater may be due to laboratory cross-contamination. Chloromethane was also found in the well point, but did not exceed cleanup levels. Janice Wiegers
10/5/2018 Cleanup Complete Determination Issued Site closed and letter sent to current landowner. Janice Wiegers
