Problems/Comments

In 1997 three underground storage tanks (USTs 1-3) were removed and low level petroleum contamination was found. USTs #1 & #2 were unregulated 4,500-gallon heating oil tanks, and UST #3 was a regulated 1,030-gallon diesel tank. A LUST Site Assessment has not been submitted due to problems with lab data not meeting stds for Contract Lab Prog. (CLP) for CERCLA site. RP/RPCON decided that lab data meets minimum DEC stds. EPA IDs AK7141190085 and AKSFN1002144 --CERCLIS site.
