500 gallon used oil underground storage tank, AFID 141, STMP-ID 256 was used to store waste oil from oil water separator in the adjacent building, 1000 gallon used oil tank AFID 142, STMP-ID 265 near building 32-141 stored used oil. NFA recommended Bldg. 32141 Acacia Dr

| 12/28/1994 | Update or Other Action | UST Site Assessment SOA UST Register # 141 near building 32-141 dated August 5, 1994 received. Tank is over 28 years old and active until May 3, 1994 located on the southwest corner of building 32-141. All PID field screening levels were 0.0 ppm. One soil sample taken from below the center of the tank detected the following: RRO 104 mg/kg, DRO 31 mg/kg, TPH-G, BTEX, HVOC, and PCB results were all non-detect. Lab results show soils meet level "C" soil matrix cleanup standards and no further work is recommended at this site. | Louis Howard |
