Problems/Comments

Former services station had petroleum releases identified. Multiple cleanup actions have taken place over the years, and several owners have been involved since it was owned by the former namesake, Ed Anders. In about 2009, the property was closed up and the current owners reportedly walked away from the property. The site had been closed in 2003 with conditions, and the conditions were not met, leading to the potential re-opening of the site to address stockpiled soil on the property. In 2010 the Reuse and Redevelopment Program became involved to help preclude the development of a brownfield.
