Problems/Comments
Two regulated underground storage tanks (USTs 1 & 2) were removed on September 29, 2008: Contaminated soil was removed from underneath the pump dispenser and put in a 55 gallon drum and later transported to ASR for thermal remediation. The completed Site Assessment & Release Investigation Summary form indicates the presence of petroleum constituents from confirmation samples collected 8 ft. bgs (1 ft. below former UST), but well below ADEC cleanup levels. No Site Assessment Report or QA/QC checklist was received by the ADEC.
