Problems/Comments

In the mid-90s, Oasis Environmental, Inc. used a model developed by Alyeska to evaluate the relative potential risk associated with historical spills at 18 pipeline construction-era camps. Galbraith, Prospect, Franklin Bluffs, Toolik, and Happy Valley camps were identified as being in the high relative risk category. This file contains the initial Phase I report summarizing this analysis and subsequent reports.
