Problems/Comments

Quarters Bldg 103 formerly utilized a 1,200-gallon UST that supplied heating oil for the building furnace. UST 28-G-3 was decommissioned in FY98, and approximately 40 cubic yards of contaminated soil were excavated and stockpiled at the RTR/DF Building. A FY99 RI detected DRO and GRO above ADEC cleanup standards in soil samples in the vicinity of the UST excavation. 2010 SI found 17,000 mg/kg DRO and and 490 mg/kg GRO 16' bgs. No monitoring wells installed.
