Problems/Comments

The reservoir oil, located on bare ground between Building 416 and the fenced area, was drained and removed from the site in FY93. A FY95 ESI observed evidence of an active leak from the substation drain port at the bottom of the reservoir. The oil leak/spill contaminated soil with DRO (about 22,000 mg/kg) exceeding ADEC cleanup standards.
