Problems/Comments
Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) 47-A-2, 47-A-3 and 47-A-4 were 8,000-gallon diesel regulated USTs installed in 1983. The tanks were closed by removal in 1996. Low concentrations of contaminated soil was excavated in 1996, with confirmation sampling below the most stringent cleanup levels.
UST 47-A-1 was a 1,000-gallon gasoline regulated UST. The tank was closed by removal in 1996. 86 cubic yards of contaminated soil was excavated, with confirmation sampling below the most stringent cleanup levels.
UST 47-C-01 was a 500-gallon diesel regulated UST. The tank was closed by removal in 1994, with confirmation sampling below the most stringent cleanup levels. This tank has been mistakenly identified as a 250 gallon tank in the UST Database.
