Problems/Comments
In July 2012, at the request of the Cold Climate Housing Research Center and HUD, the DEC Reused and Redevelopment Program completed an evaluation of Lot 1, Block 1, Hillside Boulevard Subdivision in Buckland to evaluate whether or not contamination from neighboring properties posed an unacceptable environmental risk to the development of the property. The findings of the evaluation indicated no evidence of environmental impacts at the subject site.
