Problems/Comments

In July 2013 a 1,500-gallon underground heating oil tank (#2 diesel) was removed from the K & L Distributors facility at 945 Elizabeth Street. DRO-contaminated soil remains above the DEC cleanup level following initial excavation activities. Additional site characterization is planned.
