Reviewed August 4, 2016 indoor air quality report. Indoor air quality at 1607 and 1603 27th Ave was assessed. Two DEC target level exceedances (chloroform and benzene) were measured at 1607, however they may be attributed to other indoor sources. Removal of the potential contributors and retesting indoor air was recommended by the consultant. The DEC also recommends evaluating soil gas and additional characterization of the groundwater contaminant pathway to determine groundwater trends. A July 14, 2017 deadline requesting verification of intent to proceed was provided. |
