Institutional Control Periodic Reporting |
Inspection of crawlspace and vapor barrier: DEC staff talked with the new homeowner about any changes in the crawlspace that may have compromised the vapor barrier or vapor mitigation system (VMS)or if they have observed petroleum odors in or near the crawlspace. The RP indicated that they seldom go into the crawlspace, but that the HRV is serviced twice a year and that if any rips develop that they have vapor barrier tape ready to seal it up. Documentation requested in an 12/14/2020 Institutional Controls Verification letter were provided during the phone call. |
