Problems/Comments
No environmental contamination has previously been documented on the subject property, but historical information not provided as to potential source areas. Property is adjacent an automotive service station with known petroleum contamination related to gasoline, diesel, and heating oil USTs. Release at adjacent property occurred prior to 1990 tank removal event. Contaminated soil was placed back in the holes. The site contains a 17,000 square foot warehouse and office building with most of the remaining land for parking or building access.
