Problems/Comments

The site is a 36.2-acre area, southeast of Quarry Road, 1 mile east southeast of the ski lodge (Bldg 6390), in the eastern portion of Eielson Air Force Base. No sampling has been conducted because of partially buried munitions debris, and because there was no surface evidence of a munitions constituent (MC) release. An intrusive investigation is required for MC sampling.
