Problems/Comments

In October 2016, during a preliminary site investigation as part of a pre-sale property assessment, petroleum contamination was discovered inside and outside of the main auto shop building beneath the slab/concrete. It is not known when the release(s) occurred. Soil borings were taken from inside the mechanics auto repair shop through sub-slab soil sampling and outside the perimeter of the shop building through the asphalt parking pad.
