Problems/Comments
Petroleum release to soil and groundwater. ADEC report approved in February 2018: three groundwater monitoring wells installed, groundwater sampled analyzed. Two of three groundwater monitoring well samples returned with analytes below ADEC cleanup levels or non-detect levels. One round of groundwater sampling requested (same analytes as January 2018 sampling event) for Autumn 2018.

The report was submitted to ADEC via email on February 20, 2019 by Cox Environmental Services. Field activities were conducted on January 15, 2019 and generally consisted of groundwater monitoring wells gauging and attempted groundwater sampling. MW-1 and MW-2 were dry, and MW-3 only contained two inches of water. No groundwater samples were collected from the three monitoring wells.
